Smooth process, helpful support

I ordered the DNAfit Health Fit kit a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email almost immediately. The kit itself, a Saliva Collection Kit, arrived in about 5 days to my address in Denver. The instructions were clear for collecting the sample. I had a small question about registering the kit online, so I used their chat support, and the representative was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. My results came back within the timeframe they estimated. The reports were comprehensive and easy to understand, outlining specific recommendations for diet and exercise. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.

Mostly good, delivery could improve

I decided to try the DNAfit Peak Performance kit. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was no problem. The kit arrived well-packaged, and the instructions were clear. The genetic insights provided were quite detailed and gave me some good ideas for adjusting my training. My only minor critique is that delivery took a little longer than I expected, around 8 business days, which felt a bit slow. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, so that was a plus. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, just hope they can speed up the shipping times a bit.

Quick and easy kit

Ordered a DNAfit Wellness kit. Got it fast. Sample collection was simple. Results came back as expected. No issues at all.

Good value for a first purchase

I was looking to try a DNA test without spending a fortune. I picked up the DNAfit Diet Fit when it was on a decent sale. The price felt right for what I got, especially compared to some other options I looked at. The kit arrived quickly, and registering it online was simple enough. I felt like I got good value for my money and the insights were interesting to read.

Consistent quality, keeps me coming back

This was my third order from DNAfit, this time for the DNAfit Muscle Fit kit. I've used them before for the Diet Fit and Health Fit. What I appreciate most is the consistency. The kits always arrive on time, the collection process is always simple, and the results are consistently detailed and actionable. I keep coming back because I trust the quality of their reports and the ease of the entire process. They really do a good job with the Genetic Counseling Consultation add-on too, that's been very useful for me in the past. Always a reliable experience.

Absolutely loved my CircleDNA!

Got my CircleDNA Premium results back and I am so happy! The insights were amazing and so detailed. Everything from diet to exercise to even cancer risk, it was all there. The kit was easy to use, and I got my results faster than I thought I would. I'm telling all my friends about this. Will definitely be a returning customer!
